Before you ask

How long does delivery take?

1–3 business days in major cities; a little longer for remote areas.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes — 3 kg cartons, 12 and 15 kg paste, 20 kg dibs and graded Khalas. Choose “Wholesale request” in the form above.

What’s the difference between Khalas grades?

Grades differ in size and colour: Super Jumbo and Al-Shuyukh for gifts and hosting, Royal and Golden for everyday, Ashqar and Premium for value.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course — add the recipient’s address and a gift card at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and instalments with Tabby and Tamara.

How should I store my dates?

In an airtight container in the fridge, or the freezer for longer storage.
