Royal Ashqar Khalas 1 kg

Royal Ashqar Khalas in a 1 kg Pack

Royal Ashqar Khalas from Basateen Al Wahat is a Khalas with a distinctive pale colour and a firm texture, different from the deeper honey grades Khalas lovers know. The 1 kg pack suits anyone already fond of this style who wants a stock at home.

What does it taste like?

The colour is light and clearly visible on the plate. The texture is firmer than the soft grades, giving a distinct bite, which is what people who dislike a date that goes soft in the hand tend to prefer.

Serving and storage

• Serve at room temperature so it keeps its firmness.
• Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
• Freeze any surplus, and take it out about an hour before serving.

Why choose the 1 kg pack?

This grade comes in the 1 kg size only, which suits a household that prefers this texture. For shops and events, the Basateen Al Wahat team accepts wholesale requests.
